The slogan for my company didn't come by accident. It's something I firmly believe in. Why waste calories on a cake, pastry, cupcake or cookie that is lacking in flavor? Therefore, I only use ingredients you can pronounce: flour, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, chocolate, -- you get the picture.

Being a self taught baker and decorator, if I don't like something, I'm not going to make it or sell it, because my heart's not into; the reason for me not making bread. There are plenty of bread bakers in the world that do a fantastic job of it.
