EAT BACKWARDS LOL! START WITH DESSERT!!!!
PIES!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE'RE NOT GOING TO MAKE THIS EASY ON YOU...WE WANT THIS TO BE THE HARDEST DECISION YOU HAVE TO MAKE ALL HOLIDAY SEASON UP UNTIL CHRISTMAS OR HANUAKAH OR KWANZA OR WHAT EVER IT IS YOU CELEBRATE WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT ONE ANOTHER..AND OF COURSE HAVE A GOOD EXCUSE TO MAYBE OVER EAT A LITTLE BIT. MY SUGGESTION? APPETIZERS, DRINK AND DESSERTS.. BUT THAT'S ME.....  

PUMPKIN PIES:
Traditional: traditional pumpkin pie made with eggs, spices, pumpkin (did I really have to say that?), evaporated milk, etc, etc. 10".

Poundin' Punkin: THAT BAKERY' S own version....the poundin comes from, well, to be honest if  you ate the whole pie, you'd be pounding on some pounds. But we hope  you share...I think that's what this holiday is all about..being thankful and show gratitude towards one another (regardless the political history of the holiday)....it's made with ingredients that Paula herself would give a shout out to. Pumpkin, cream cheese, heavy cream, blended sugars, eggs, vanilla and BUTTA Y'ALL!!

Double Layer Pumpkin: Our best selling, most famous pumpkin pie of them all. Because so many people don't like pumpkin pie, this sort of keeps tradition but kicks it up a bit. All butter graham cracker crust, topped with a layer of cream cheese mousse and a layer of pumpkin mousse, dolloped with our specialty hhwwwhhhipped cream (go to the other pages to get the reference). Very creamy. Very Rich. Very Delicious.

Honey Pumpkin: for the more health conscious consumer. All butter graham cracker crust (I said health conscious, not  denier) , pumpkin, spices, sweetened with molasses and pure honey. Thicker and more dense than traditional. 

APPLE PIES:
Junk In It's Trunk Apple Pie: huge chunks of a variety of apples, spices, butter, and apple cider piled high into the pie shell, that'll make JLO look over her shoulder and tilt her gorgeous head. Over 3lbs of apple, not loaded with that gooey syrup stuff that runs out onto the plate. 

Apple crumb: same as above, with just as much apple, only it's topped with our famously delicious  all butter crumb.
yeah, it's more fattening, yes, there's more calories...but hey..it's not a waste, it's worth it.

Key Lime Pie: made with our velvet smooth egg custard  NOT CONDENSED MILK. Fresh lime juice and fresh lime zest.  All butter graham cracker crust.

Lemon Meringue Pie: probably the lowest in fat content of all our pies. Very high, very light, not too bitter, not too sweet.

Banana Cream Pie: Freshly sliced  banana's  in our delicious custard-cream filling inside all butter graham cracker crust. Topped with our specialty hwwwwhhhiiippped cream (yes I spell it differently every time).  Family Guy fans will appreciate the link on the other pages. Drizzled with semi sweet chocolate.

Chocolate Cream Pie: Oreo crust, dark chocolate smooth pudding, topped with ,   you got it,  our specialty  (I'm not even gonna say it) cream.

Pecan Pie: Rum cuts the gagging sweetness of this pie. All butter, loaded with chopped pecans (makes it way easier to slice than pecans that are whole). One holiday my cousin and I sat at my brothers kitchen table, picked off all the pecans, threw the pie away and when it was time for dessert asked "what pecan pie do you think you saw??".

Strawberry Rhubarb: this is new to our repertoire . Fresh rhubarb, fresh strawberries. I never made nor ate it until one of my favorite customer Gail Mack asked me to make it for her husband Paul, and they said it was delicious. So we are offering it. I never thought I'd like it but I was pleasantly surprised!!

Chocolate Mousse Pie: Oreo crust filled with our chocolate mousse made from pure Belgian chocolate. Topped with chocolate ganache.

Double Layer Chocolate Mousse Pie: Oreo crust filled with a layer of cream cheese mousse, chocolate mousse and topped with chocolate ganache.

Sweet Potato Pie: (does potato have an ''e'' at the end? lol -- that was sort of the beginning of all this mess huh?)..I've gotten compliments on this pie from the sector of my customer base who were skeptical..the answer? YES a white boy from Middletown NJ CAN make a bangin sweet potato pie!

Fruit Pies: your choice of Double Cherry, Peach, Blueberry topped with traditional crust or our all butter crumbs.

Here's wishing a very healthy, happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I have hope that we are all grateful for what we have, are happy where we are, and all have at least one ''go to person'' in our lives if you're not. Be well all.
