Eclairs: pate a choux filled with homemade custard, using only fresh eggs, heavy cream, milk, and pure vanilla. Topped with all natural semi sweet chocolate.

Creampuffs: pate a choux filled with our specialty whhhhhhhipped cream, lightly dusted with powdered sugar. Also available in a ring with our specialty whhhhhhhipped cream, or chocolate mousse, or fresh strawberries, 10 inch or 12 inch. See photos on our Facebook page.

Napoleons: flaky French puff pastry filled with our homemade custard (see eclairs), topped with fondant and pure semi sweet chocolate.

Chocolate Chip Fudge Brownies: very rich, moist, dense brownies topped with chocolate fudge icing, sprinkled with miniature chocolate chips.

Peanut Butter Bars: made with Skippy peanut butter only. Topped with our chocolate fudge icing.

Chocolate Mousse Bon Bons: like a piece of chocolate mousse cake dipped in semi sweet chocolate, in bon bon form. Will melt in your mouth AND IN YOUR HAND.

Sfogliatella: ''crispy Italian cheese pocket" - clam shaped flaky pastry filled with a dense ricotta cheese filling. Hard to explain. If you've had them you know what I'm talking about, if you haven't and you like Italian pastries, try it. It's the second most popular Italian pastry , which brings me to:

Cannoli: traditional tubular shell filled with our homemade cannoli filling containing ricotta cheese, chocolate chips, and flavorings. The number one Italian pastry.

Chocolate Truffle: pure Belgian chocolate, heavy cream and butter rolled in dutch cocoa. Gluten free and delicious, definately melt in your mouth and in your hand.

Fruit Pockets: flaky French puff pastry filled with cherry or apple or blueberry or cheese, nicely iced.

Danish Pastry: Non-traditional Danish pastry made with 100% butter instead of margarine. Filled with fruit or cheese.

CRUMBS (no not the store, the cake).

100% Butter Crumb Cake: our best seller. Very moist buttery cake topped HEAVILY with our 100% all natural butter crumbs. Come in and see the sign on the counter about these cakes.

Cinnamon Swirl Crumb Cake: same as above only with a swirl of our special cinnamon swirl mixture.

Yup, no cake...for all you people who only eat the crumbs...
two layer of our all butter crumbs filled with a variety of fillings:
Apple, Cherry, Raspberry, Blueberry, Peach, Cheese, Apple Walnut Cheese, Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate- among others.
SO good when heated before serving--it melts the butter in the crumbs (if you're going to eat all that butter you might as well be able to taste it)!

Almond Florentine Pound Cake: moist pound cake with pure almond paste baked into it. Read review.

All Creamcheese Cheesecake: pure creamcheese, butter, pure vanilla tops our all butter graham cracker crust. Very creamy. Some have said it's the best cheesecake they've ever had:). They also are available in flavors: Apple Walnut, Raspberry Swirl, Chocolate Chip, Triple Chocolate, Chocolate Ganache, Red Velvet (does not have graham cracker crust, our delicious red velvet cake acts as crust) - or anything you may want, just call in advance!

These items are available mostly on special order. Our basic stock is the strudel and carrot muffins.

Creampuffs and Eclairs: contain Splenda

Sugar Free Fat Free Apple Strudel: thin layers of Philo dough filled with sliced apples, raisins and cinnamon..that's it. No fat, no artificial sweeteners.

Carrot Cake: no artificial sweeteners, just shredded fresh carrots, moist plump raisins, spices, pure vegetable oil and very little flour.
